www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk. is the portal link to apply for the Pakistan Navy short service commission course 2023-B. Online registration is open and the eligibility criteria is Bachelor, Graduation, Master or MBBS. All Pakistani nationals, both male and female, can apply online to be Navy cadets in the Pakistan Navy. 

Young candidates have the chance to apply to various branches of the Pakistan Navy, including Education Branch, Medical Branch, Ordnance Branch, Operations Branch, Mechanical Engineering Branch, Naval Law, PR Branch, Special Branch, Special IT, Supply Branch, and Weapon Engineering Branch.

Navy Short Service Commission Batch B-2023 Branches:

Details About Course:

SSG (N) & Surface Operations Branch-Marines;

Eligibility criteria to apply for branch Marine is at least 60% in FS.c / A-Level / similar to Physics & Maths. Your age should be above 26 years and height should be more than 5′ feet 4′′ Inches. Just males can apply for this before 11 June 2023. The selected cadets will be substituted to the rank of Ag Sub Lieutenant after starting their training.

IT Special Branch:

For a Special Branch as an IT Specialist, You need to have completed a degree in Computer Engineering, such as BIT, BSE, BE, BCS, MIT, or MCS with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0. Male candidates with age limit up to 31 years old with a height of minimum 5 feet 4 inches can only apply for this vacancy.

Medical Branch-Specialist

MBBS (FRCA/FRCS/FCPS/MCPS/MD/MS) qualified candidates from Pakistan or foreign medical colleges that are recognized by PMDC have the eligibility to apply for Medical Branch-Specialist job. Hilmat, male or female both can apply and the age limit is maximum 40 years with an height of Maximum 5 feet and 4 inches.

Medical Branch – GDMOS

To apply for the Pakistan Navy Medical Branch – GDMOS eligibility criteria is MBBS/BDS. Both male and females with an age of minimum 28 years and height 5’4” can apply for this job before 11 June. During the time of your work training in the Pakistan Navy you will get the rank of Ag Lieutenant.

Navy Education Branch

To apply for Pakistan Navy Education Branch eligibility criteria for both male and females is MA/MS.c/MCS/BS (04 years program) with 1st Division/B-Grade and B. Vacancies are available for the subjects of Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Islamic Studies, Pak Studies, English and Library Science. Those applicants who are interested, should have the age limit minimum 28 years and height  should be 5’,4”.

Weapon Engineering Branch

To apply for Weapon Engineering Branch in Pak Navy you should have HEC approved, education of BE Electrical degree with a minimum 60% mark / CGPA of 2.5. The age should be minimum 18 to maximum 27 years with a height of 5’,4”. Before 11 June Males females both can apply for this job. And those lucky candidates, who will be selected will get the rank of Ag Sub Lieutenant during training. 

Marine Engineering Branch;

To apply for Marine Engineering Branch eligibility, criteria about education is BE Mechanical degree with a minimum of 70% marks or a 2.5 CGPA. Pakistani nationals, both male and female, with an age limit of minimum 27 years and a height of. 5’4” can apply for this job before 11 June.

Supply Branch

To apply for a supply branch in the Pakistan Navy you should have educational qualification (approved by HEC) of MBA/BBA (Hons)/M.Com or MSc Economics with at least 60% marks or equivalent to 2.5 CGPA. Minimum age requirement is 26 years and the heart is 5’4”.

How to Apply for a Job in Pakistan Navy;

If you want to apply for a job in the Pakistan Navy, here’s what you need to do:

1. Register on the official website between May 28 and June 11, 2023.

2. Remember, you shouldn’t send your application directly to the Naval Headquarters’ Recruitment Director.

3. Make sure to complete your registration by the deadline on June 11, 2023.

4. Once the COVID-19 situation gets better, you’ll receive an SMS with the date of the admission exam from the PNR and SC.

5. Check the Navy’s official website for the results of the admission exam.

6. If you pass the Entrance Test, you’ll need to take a Preliminary Test and a Medical Interview at the respective PNR & SC.

7. The final selection for the job will be done by the Naval Headquarters based on your performance in these tests.

Ineligibility Criteria:

You will be ineligible if:

1. Rejected multiple times by the ISSB, GHQ, NHQ, and AHQ selection boards

.

2. Rejected before and after graduation/post graduation.

3. Rejected for the first time before graduation and the second time after post graduation.

4. Failed the ISSB screening twice.

5. Tested within 4 months (120 days) or within the validity period of one year for ISSB, GHQ, NHQ, and selection boards.

6. Resigned, dismissed, or removed from government service.

7. Convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude.

8. Declared physically unfit or medically unfit due to Hepatitis B&C.

9. Deemed unfit by any Armed Forces hospital, unless cleared by an appeals medical board.

10. Withdrew from Armed Forces institutions for disciplinary reasons.

11. Withdrawn, resigned, or dismissed from a military academy or training institute.

12. Married to a foreign national.

13. Submitted forged documents or false information.

14. Females who are pregnant.

15. Dual nationals who haven’t surrendered dual citizenship before commissioning or passing out or within six months after joining PN.
