Your activities and responsibilities includes proper risk management by taking responsibility for providing legal advice on all legal matters. Supporting business processes for coustumer offer. check the business legislative changes and regulatory process. Drafting and reviewing customer confidentiality agreements and commercial agreements. prepare standard commercial contract and terms and conditions.
The experiences include 5-year Post-qualification in pharmaceutical exercise industries. Having the proper knowledge about the laws of UK, US, Germany, Finland and France with good cooperation.
Bachelor and master degree in law
Ability to present and communicate by written and oral.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to understand legal concepts and translate for non-lawyers.
Knowledge of software, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
